Lisa strives with every interaction to make each client feel like they are the most important one to the firm. She goes the extra mile (sometimes several) to provide exceptional customer service and client care. Patient and understanding, she excels at explaining processes and making complex financial or technical details understandable for everyone, in simple terms.
Her unique capacity for multi-tasking and supporting others was honed through her prior work as an Emergency Dispatcher for the Bangor Police Department where she was responsible for answering all incoming Police Department business lines and 911 lines, as well as dispatching police, fire and ambulances to the citizens of Bangor.
Lisa is versed in university benefits and compensation systems and fluent in matters associated with TIAA. She relishes getting to know clients and hearing about their plans, dreams, and goals. She also appreciates supporting larger-scale projects, organizing workflows, and enhancing team communication and client service efficiency.
When she’s not assisting clients, you can find Lisa snowmobiling in extreme Northern Maine during the winter months and visiting the ocean (or the pool) in the summer months. In addition to the outdoors, Lisa enjoys spending quality time with her husband, two adult children and her adorable granddaughters.
